VEGAN CHOCOLATE CARDAMOM ALMOND ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS
1/4 to 1/3 cup homemade almond milk (do not buy almond milk from a store)
3 frozen ripe bananas (ideally, chopped into one-inch pieces before freezing)
2 tablespoons raw sugarless organic cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
2 pinches of sea salt
dash of cinnamon
a large pinch of cacao nibs
a splash of chopped, soaked almonds

INSTRUCTIONS
Soak 4-8 almonds over night (24 hours is ideal).
In a Vitamix, blend everything except the soaked almonds into a creamy soft-serve ice cream texture.
Rinse and chop the soaked almonds, and stir them into the ice cream.
Serve and share. :)
