GREENS, AVOCADO, GOJI BERRY ENERGY SALAD

As you mix together the following, simply create a balance of quantities that appeals to you. This is a wonderfully energizing salad:

  • Baby Greens
  • Dried Garlic (optional)
  • Ginger
  • Avocado
  • Wakame
  • Goji Berries
  • Sunflower or pumpkin seeds (pre-soak for 12 hours and rinse)
  • Asian pear
  • Freshly ground flaxseed meal
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Vinegar

AYURVEDIC DOSHA CONSIDERATIONS:
Vata: Eliminate pear. Replace with fresh figs or sweet berries of your choosing.
Pitta: Eliminate the garlic. Replace goji berries with raisins, dates, figs, or sweet blueberries. (You will not be able to process the gojis.)
Kapha: Keep avocados to a minimum.
