COCOA ALMOND RED PEPPER MACA BALLS

INGREDIENTS
• 1.5 tblspns Almond Butter (I recommend that you make your own, so it can be made with raw soaked almonds. Read more about consuming almonds here.)
• 2 tblspns raw organic sugarless cocoa powder (high in antioxidants and magnesium)
• 2 tsp maca root powder (read about maca here.)
• about 1/3 tsp sea salt (adjust according to taste)
• about 1/2 tsp red pepper (adjust according to taste)
• 1 tsp raw honey (raw honey is a natural antibacterial and good for you; heated honey is not)
• vanilla extract to taste (I put a spray top on my bottle to better control the outpour.)

Mix all ingredients together. You want a nice thick paste than can be rolled into balls. If it is too powdery, add some almond butter. If it's too liquidy, add some cocoa powder. Taste to make sure you like the balance of sea salt, red pepper, and vanilla before making into balls.
